- Q. How long do the lollies last?
- A. The lollies can last 6 months or longer when stored properly.
- Q. How should I store my lollies?
- A: Keep lollies in a cool, dry environment (below 80°F) and out
of sunlight. They may be stored in any air-tight container. If exposed
to the air, the lollies will absorb the humidity and soften.
- Q. Why is every piece slightly different?
- A.
The lollies are completely handmade while the sugar is over 200 degrees
F. This means the candy is still soft when hand pulled and cut, so
slight variations in shape and size occur. This is normal and adds to
the unique nature of the product.
- Q. Why can't you color match?
- A:
Only certain colors are approved for food use and we have put together
as many colors as possible to create our available colors. All the
basic colors are available: red, blue, yellow, orange, bright green,
emerald green, burgundy, purple, pink, brown and black.
- Q. Why do you have to approve a logo, can't you do all logos?
- A. Although we can reproduce many logos with the melted sugar, not
all logos will look good. Therefore we must approve all logos to be
sure a customer will be satisfied and their expectations are met. Small
details and abstract shapes are not possible in the candy. We will be
sure to explain your logo options and what exactly we can or cannot do.
